Alles frisch, alles neu!

Die lahmen Tage zwischen den Tagen kann man prima nutzen für Dinge, die sonst immer zu kurz kommen. So hatte ich lange schon vor, meinen Blog mal aufzumöbeln und ihn dann mit der Webseite zu verbinden, auf der eh nichts passiert. Der erste Schritt ist gemacht und nun kann man auf dem Blog nicht nur die neusten Neuigkeiten lesen, sondern sich zum Beispiel auch meine Produkte und Designs auf einen Blick anschauen. Natürlich ist noch nicht alles ganz fertig, aber das Grundgerüst steht und ich bin ganz happy, dass Thore und ich das (fast) ganz allein geschafft haben. Viel Spaß beim Stöbern auf dem neuen Blog-Webseiten-Konglomerat! :o)

The lame days between Christmas and New Year's Eve are perfect for working on projects, that have always missed out for the lack of time. I had planned a relaunch of my blog and website for a long time and now you can not only read the newest stuff but also have a look at my product palette and some other things directly on the blog. Of course there are still some things missing (e.g. the translations of the sub sites) but the main work is done. I'm really prout that Thore and me did it (almost) on our own. Have fun at exploring the new blog-website! :o)

Frohe Weihnachten!

Statt Schnee und Besinnlichkeit weht an Heiligabend ein ordentlicher Sturm ums Haus. Macht nichts, er passt ganz gut zu dem, was mich im nächsten Jahr erwarten wird. Ich habe mich zu einem sehr drastischen Schritt entschlossen und habe meinen Brotjob nun vollständig an den Nagel gehängt (Wer ihn haben will, klickt hier :)). Es wird also spannend. Ich werde euch hier gern von meinem Weg in die Selbständigkeit berichten und ihr könnt mich, wenn ihr mögt, hier und da ein Stück begleiten. :)

Ein großes Dankeschön an alle meine Lieben die mich unterstützt haben, wo sie können, an euch alle die bei mir gelesen und kommentiert, bei mir gekauft und mich auf einem der vielen Märkte an meinem Stand besucht haben! Ich freue mich auf ein neues Jahr mit euch! Ihr seid so toll und der Grund warum ich das alles hier mache!

Instead of snow and cold, there is a storm blowing on Christmas Eve. That's not too bad as it kind of fits the times that are coming for me next year. I finally decided to quit my day job and I will be trying to make a living with all this käselotti stuff. I will report about my experiences on this blog and you can accompany me on my way to self-employment, if you like to.

A huge THANK YOU to all who supported me, to all who read and commented, to all customers and all visitors at my booth on one of the many craft shows! I'm looking forward to another year with you! You're so great and the reason why I'm doing all of this!

Zu guter Letzt

Jetzt komme ich endlich seit fast einer Woche endlich mal dazu, die Bilder vom letzten Markt in Hannover zu zeigen. Zum dritten Mal waren wir bei Designachten im Sofaloft dabei. Es war ein wirklich schönes Wochenende in einer tollen Location! Vielen Dank an alle netten Leute, die mich an meinem Stand besucht haben und viele Grüße an die anderen Aussteller! 

Now I finally found some time to show you the pictures of the latest craft show in Hannover last weekend. It was a nice event in a location with a wonderful atmosphere. Thanks to all the people who visited my booth and greetings to all the other exhibitors! 

Oh was für ein Supermarkt!

Ich habe eine neue Lieblingsstadt: Leipzig! Ich war am Samstag dort auf dem Oh Supermarkt vertreten und bin begeistert, wie viele nette Menschen dort waren und meinen Stand leergekauft haben! :)
An dieser Stelle möchte ich mich noch einmal bei Carina bedanken, die sich ganz ohne mein zutun und völlig freiwillig, ohne mich je gesehen zu haben, als Fremdenführerin und Shuttleservice anbot! Super! :)
I have a new favourite city: Leipzig! I was on the Oh Supermarkt craft show on Saturday and I'm enthusiastic about those many people who came there and bought my stuff! :)
And here again I have to thank Carina for taking care of me without even knowing me before! Great!

Deine eigenART in Bremen

Ich bin euch ja noch einen Bericht schuldig, wie es so war am Sonntag in Bremen. Dank Maja war die Anreise dieses Mal mehr als bequem und wir hatten sogar einen der wenigen Plätze mit Tageslicht.

I owe you a little report about the last craft show. Thanks to Maja, the travelling was easy this time and we had one of the few spaces with daylight.

Im Vergleich zu Majas schickem Stand (siehe unten), sieht mein Tisch irgendwie nach Dachboden-Gerümpel aus... Ich werd mich im nächsten Jahr mal mit einem neuen Standkonzept befassen... :)

Compared to Maja's nice booth (see below), my table looks like kind of trash from the attic. Hm. I have to rethink my booth concept next year...

Ich mag diese Lampen! Hab mir leider keine Karte mitgenommen...
